RICEVILLE — Donald Keith Pearce, 66, died Wednesday (Sept. 9, 1998) at Lac Des Mille Lacs, Ontario, Canada.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Congregational United Church of Christ with the Rev. Thomas Mowbray officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery with military honors.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Lindstrom Funeral Home.

Donald Keith Pearce was born Aug. 2, 1932, at Fayette.

Survivors include his wife, Judy, of Riceville; two sons, Jeff of Leander, Texas, and Joel of Riceville; one daughter, Joni Swartz of Johnston; his mother, Doris Pearce of Scottsdale, Ariz.; four stepsons, Bob Klobassa of Elma, Dave Klobassa of Nashua, Charlie Klobassa of Shell Rock and Mike Klobassa of Elma; one stepdaughter, Kay Reicher of Alta Vista; 19 grandchildren and stepgrandchildren; one brother, Richard Pearce of Grinnell; and one sister, Diane Fischer of Deerwood, Minn.

He was preceded in death by his father.
