Leola Frances Griffin Hill

RICEVILLE, IOWA — Leola Frances Griffin Hill, 85, died Thursday (Oct. 15, 1998) at her apartment.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lindstrom Funeral Home, Riceville, with the Rev. Thomas Mowbray officiating. Interment will take place in the Riverside Cemetery, Riceville.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and also before services on Wednesday.

Leola was born March 7, 1913, in Bailey.

She is survived by her sons, James Hill, Northwood, and Dr. Donald Hill, San Diego, Calif.; three grandchildren, Larry, Kevin and David Klitzke; and seven great-grandchildren.

Leola was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, five brothers, and four sisters.
