Hold Rites Monday for
Mitchell Pioneer, 90

MCINTIRE, IOWA — Charles Franklin Griffin, 90, pioneer of Mitchell County, died Friday afternoon at his home at Bailey. Funeral rites were to be Monday at 2 p.m.. at the McIntire Baptist Church.

He was born in Wayne township and always lived in that area.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Fred Hill and Mrs. Grant Hill of Riceville, a son, Elmo, Bailey, and brother, Walt, McIntire.
