Rites Set for
Mrs. John Green,
92, New Haven

OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services for Mrs. John Green, 92, New Haven, will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Catholic Church there. The Champion Funeral Home is in charge. She died Thursday morning at a Charles City nursing home. She suffered a, stroke in September.

Mrs. Green, the former Susan Johanns, was born November 1, 1864. in Illinois. When she was 11, her family moved to a farm west of New** Haven.

She was married to John Green in 1882.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Pete Meyer, New Haven; two sons, Ray Green, Manly, and Charles, New Haven, 12 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren; a sister, Clara Weinberger. Minneapolis, and a brother, Ben, Spring Valley, Minnesota.
