Body of Garage Operator to
Be Taken to Osage for
Interment

Funeral services for Robert Loney, 308 Tennessee avenue southeast, who operated the Loney garage, will be conducted at 10 o'clock Thursday morning at the Patterson funeral home with the Rev. Mr. Badenhaim of Rlceville in charge. Services will be conducted at 2 o'clock in the afternoon in Osage with burial in the Osage Cemetery.

The body of Mr. Loney was brought here Wednesday morning from Des Moines where he died Monday evening in the United States veterans hospital. He had been confined to the hospital for two weeks for treatment.

Mr. Loney was born June 21, 1895, in Osage. He lived as a boy for a few years in Kansas. He enlisted from Osage in the Company B, Fifty-fifth engineers and spent 13 months oversees. He was a member of the American Legion post here.

Surviving are his wife and parents, Mr. and Mrs. V. J. Loney of Osage, two brothers, Lyle of Riceville and Lee of Los Angeles, and two sisters, Mrs. Merlyn Angell of Osage and Mrs. John Swan of Osage.
