CURIN, WINTERTOP, LERAAEN, CULLEN

ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Joseph G. Curin, 93, died Saturday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, in Osage. He had lived in the Mitchell area most of his life.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Helen Wintertop, Osage; Mrs. Carl (Marge) Leraaen, St. Ansgar; Mrs. William (Lucy) Cullen, Portola Valley, Calif; a son, Frank, Nashkaro, Wis., 14; grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ansgar Catholic Church. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery at Mitchell with Schroeder & Houg Funeral Home in charge.

NOTE: The newspaper actually spelled the surname as Currin instead of Curin.
