Inez Chezik

OSAGE, IOWA — Inez Chezik, 92, of Osage, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 1998, at the Faith Lutheran Home, in Osage.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with the Rev. Arthur Hill, officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Champion Funeral Home.

Inez Chezik was born on February 21, 1905, near LaPorte City.

She is survived by one daughter, Darlene Kinzer, of Spokane, Wash.; one son, Duane Chezik, Osage; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, Pauline Wagner, Dysart; and two brothers, Willard Hook, Dysart and Marvin Hook, Manhattan, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters, and one brother.
