Retired Farm Woman Dies at St. Ansgar
St. Ansgar----Funeral services for Mrs. John Brandt, 75, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran church, the Rev. H. C. Wolters in charge. Burial in the church cemetery. She died at her home in St. Ansgar Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Brandt farmed near St. Ansgar until last spring when they moved to town

Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Mrs Ernestine Jordan of Fertile and 5 sons, Michael, Alexander and Robert, of Austin, Minn., Thomas of Dexter and Nicholas of Forest River, N. Dak.

Mrs. Brandt was born in Bavaria, grew to womanhood and was married there and came to the United States in 1907.
