Last Rites Are Held
for Osage Pioneer

OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services were held at the Sacred Heart Church Wednesday morning in charge of the Rev. Father Baxter for Peter Weber, 83, who died at his home Monday morning following a five weeks' illness.

Born in Germany, he has lived in Mitchell county the past 28 years. He was married 55 years ago. Mrs. Weber died eight years ago.

Surviving are six children: Mrs. Peter Green of Charles City; Mrs. Anna Clark of Orchard; Mrs. Grace Moore, Mrs. Louis Schweiger, William and John, all of Osage.

Burial was in the New Haven cemetery.
