IOWA DEATHS
Osage---Louis Donner, 86, died Tuesay at University hospital at Iowa City, where he had been a patient for the last two weeks. He wandered away from the Mrs. L. A. Squier home, where he had been cared for. He was found after a several hour search several blocks away. He had fallen and received a broken hip.

He was born May 9, 1858 at Beaver Dam, Wis., son of John and Mary Donner. He came to Osage at the age of 21, married Julia Richardson of Brownsville, June 16, 1889.

They established their home on a farm east of town and lived there until 36 years ago when they moved into Osage.

Mrs. Donner died in 1933. For many years he was sexton of the Osage cemetery, but had not been able to work for the last 10 years because of failing health.

He leaves three sons, Jesse and Lloyd, Osage, and Morris, St. Paul, and a daughter, Mrs. Ina May Bergo, Osage; a brother George Donner in the state of Washington, and a sister Mrs. William Gilchrist, Osage; a daughter, Hazel, and four other brothers and sisters preceded him.

Aged Resident Dies After Hip Fracture

Osage: Louis Donner 88, died Tuesday morning at the University hospital, Iowa City, where he went for treatment of a fractured hip, suffered when he wandered away from the home of Mr. Louis Squier where he had lived for 3 years.

Mr. Donner was born in Wisconsin. He came to a farm near Osage at the age of 21 where he lived until 38 years ago, when he moved to Osage. For many years he was sexton of the Osage cemetery until his health failed.

He was married June 16, 1889, to Julia A Richardson of Brownville. She died in 1933. Surviving are 3 sons Jesse and Lloyd Donner of Osage; Morris of St. Paul, Minn.; one daughter, May Bergo of Osage, one brother George Donner of Washington, and one sister, Mrs. William Gilchrist of Osage.
