Riceville---Royal (Roy) Henderson, 77, died Sunday at the Riceville Hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Chisholm Funeral Home with burial in Riverside Cemetery.
Born at Riceville, May 10, 1887, he was the son of Telesto and Addie Henderson. He was married to Grace Murphy October 15, 1916 at Mitchell.
His wife died last August. Also preceding him in death were a son, Dan; two brothers, a sister, a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
Surviving are two sons, Gene, Riceville; Robert, Butler, Mo.; a brother, James, Cannon Falls, Minn.; a sister, Miss Catherine Henderson, Carmichael, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
