Charles V. Jennison

RICEVILLE, IOWA — Charles V. Jennison, 70, of Riceville, died Thursday (Aug. 6, 1998) at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center, Osage.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Riceville, with the Rev. John Moser officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Conway Funeral Home, Riceville.

Charles was born Feb. 26, 1928 in Riceville.

Survivors include his wife, Laura; two sons, Lloyd, of Colton, Calif. and Sam, of Riceville; two daughters, Ellen Selvig, of Riceville, and Laura Jane Jennison, of Charles City; six granddaughters; two brothers, Sam, of Burlington and Steve, of Littleton, Colo.; three sisters, Mary Yager, of Riceville, Jean Jenkins, of Decorah, and Jane Elliott, of Osage.

He was preceded in death by an infant sister.
