Funeral Held At
St. Peter Lutheran

Funeral services for George W. Hoverman, 87, who died February 14, were held February 16 at the Schroeder & Dunn Funeral Home here with the Rev. Wm. Perkins officiating.

George William Hoverman was born October 28, 1890 in Union Township, Mitchell County, the son of Henry and Elizabeth {Barenchee} Hoverman.

He was baptized and confirmed in St. Peter Lutheran church, Toeterville, by the Rev. George Landgruber. He received his education in a rural school and spent his entire life farming in Mitchell county.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

He is survived by a brother, Herbert Hoverman of St. Ansgar; three sisters, Anna Hoverman of
St. Ansgar; Mrs. Emma Matison of Fenton, Michigan; and Mrs. Delia Bissonet of Flint, Michigan.

Burial was in St. Peter Lutheran cemetery with the Rev. Perkins in charge of committal services.

Annie and Herb Hoverman.

Herb was born on October 27, 1895 and died on October 7, 1983.

Annie was born on February 2, 1899 and died on June 14, 1985.

Herb, Annie and George lived together and they never married. In later years Annie went to live at the nursing home. Herb & George farmed. Annie took care of the household chores & cooked.
