Carpenter Man Dies at Oakdale

CARPENTER—Laurence Troe, 48, died Friday morning at Oakdale, where he had been in the sanitarium the past year.

He is survived by his wife, Adeline; and by four children: LaVonne, Donna, Larry and Gary, all of Carpenter; by a brother, Arnold, Ankeny; and by two sisters, Mrs. Harland Thompson, Glenville, and Blanche Troe, Northwood.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at Deer Creek Lutheran Church with the Rev. Henry Erickson officiating. Schroeder and Houg Funeral Home was in charge.
