Funeral rites will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church for Dave Christiansen, 60, who died unexpectedly Saturday evening at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital from a heart attack. Burial in the Osage Cemetery.

He served with the German army, coming to East Chicago, Indiana following World War I. He was employed by Borden Milk Co. The couple came to Mitchell County near Osage in 1954.

Survivors include his wife, Hattie; one son, Don; two brothers and two sisters.
