Conduct Last Rites for Farmer, 66, at Osage Congregational Church

OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Champion funeral home at 2 o'clock in charge of the Rev. Stiles Lessly of the Osage Congregational church for Rufus Alfred "Fred" Coonradt, 66, who died at his farm home near New Haven Friday night after a year's illness. He was a lifelong resident of Mitchell county.

Surviving are his widow and four children: Mrs. John Helfter of New Haven, Mrs. Maurice Kathan of Osage, Clarence of Charles City, and Harold at home; seven grandchildren; and a brother, Frank Coonradt of Osage.

Burial was in the Osage cemetery.

OSAGE, IOWA — Fred Coonradt, 64, died Friday night at his farm home near New Haven after a year's illness. He lived in this vicinity all his life.

Surviving are his widow; four children: Mrs. John Helfter, New Haven, Mrs. Maurice Kathan, Osage, Clarence, Charles City, and Harold at home; and a brother, Frank Coonradt, Osage.
