OBITUARY: Inger Docken, 1878-1898

MEROA, MITCHELL COUNTY, IOWA - Inger Docken, who died last Tuesday evening was buried Friday. A very large crowd accompanied her to her last resting place here.

The bereaved relatives have the sympathy of the entire community. We all sincerely regret to lose one so bright and good, but she was satisfied with going and we must try to feel content with His will who rules all things wisely. Inger was 20 years old last summer. She was always a quiet girl and set a good example for her companions wherever she went. That she had many true friends, showed by the large crowd which gathered to pay tribute at the bier of their departed friend.
