Funeral services for Teresa Anna Halverson, 77, who died Wednesday, June 11, 1986, in Rochester, Minn., were held Saturday, June 14, at First Lutheran Church, St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Thomas Hughes officiating.
Mrs. Halverson was born at Marytown, Wisc., October 15, 1909, the daughter of Simon and Veronica Vogds. She attended schools at St. Cloud and Marytown, Wisc. and was confirmed and baptized.
She was employed at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center in St. Ansgar for many years, was a member of the First Lutheran church and Martha circle.
She is survived by one son, Vernon Durbin of Osage, by a previous marriage; a daughter-in-law and three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Herman Eiring of St. Cloud, Wisc. and Mrs. Eleanor Sippel of Marytown, Wisc.
Mrs. Halverson was preceded in death by her husband, Al; three brothers; four sisters and her parents.
Burial was at First Lutheran cemetery in St. Ansgar.
