Former Resident of Osage Dies at Home

OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Champion Funeral Home for Mrs. Clem Jeffries, who died Sunday at her home in Waterloo.

She was a former resident of Osage.

Surviving are five children, Mrs. Olive Michaelsen, Mrs. Irva Hansen, Clem, Jr., Glen A. and Clarence, all of Waterloo.

Burial was in the Osage Cemetery.

This is Delphine Eola (Wilson) Jeffries born February 5, 1874 Wisconsin; died December 29, 1940 Waterloo, Iowa.

She married Clement Lewis Jeffries born November 28, 1871 Mitchell Co., Iowa; died November 20, 1921.

The World War I Draft Registration on Clement lists the same birth date, and he is a farmer in Osage dated September 12, 1918.
