OSAGE -- Clive Moran, 51, died Friday at his home on Pleasant street having been in ill health for sometime. He was born in Osage June 20, 1894, son of Ernest K. and Vinnie Bush Moran. When a youth he suffered infantile paralysis, hindering his athletic and musical career, in both of which he was particularly adept. He married Minnie Clark in August, 1922, at Minneapolis, and the couple established their first home in Osage.

He was employed by the Monarch Film Co., and upon its removal to Waterloo left Osage for a six year period, during which he continued with the Monarch company. The family then returned to Osage.

He was a member of the Masonic lodge, and was employed by the Mitchell county highway commission for the last 16 years.

He leaves the widow, two sons, Ernest, discharged veteran now attending the Minnesota State university; and Pvt. Richard Moran, Ft. Riley, Kansas; one brother, A. B. Moran, St. Paul, Minnesota; one sister, Mrs. George Wilson, St. Paul, Minnesota.
