Drehrer Rites to Be Saturday at St. Ansgar
OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral rites for Fred Dreher, 88, who died Tuesday evening at Mason City, will be conducted Saturday at 2:30 at the Methodist Church in St. Ansgar. Burial will be in the St. Ansgar City Cemetery.
He was born in Rock Township near Osage and was a former St. Ansgar businessman.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Frank Wilmot, Osage; and a son, Albert Dreher, Omaha, Nebraska.

Funeral services for Frederick Reinhold Dreher, 88, who died at a nursing home in Mason City Tuesday, June 4, 1957, were held Saturday, June 8, at the St. Ansgar Methodist church with Rev. Richard L. Pearson officiating.
Frederick Reinhold Dreher was born July 25, 1969, in Rock township, Mitchell county. He was married to Mary Ellen Mernaugh in Chicago, Illinois, June 18, 1892. Two children were born to them: a son, Albert C. Dreher of Omaha, Nebraska, and a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Emma Hazel)Wilmot of Osage.
Mr. Dreher spent most of his life in the St. Ansgar area where he was engaged in farming and operated a retail store. He is survived by his son and daughter, 13 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. One grandson, Frank Albert Wilmot, preceded him in death.
Burial was in the St. Ansgar City Cemetery with the Rev. Pearson in charge of the committal services.
