Henry Scbultz, 89, St. Ansgar, died at Memorial Hospital, Osage, Iowa, Wednesday.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Fred Ehlke, and Mrs. John Ehlke, and a son, Alvin, all of St. Ansgar.

Funeral services will be held Saturday.
