ORCHARD, IOWA — Funeral services for John Hatz Sr., 84, former Orchard resident of Bangor, Wisconsin, who died Tuesday at a Lacosse, Wisconsin, hospital, were to be Thursday afternoon at the First Lutheran church in West Salem, Wisconsin; burial in nearby cemetery.

Survived by three sons, John Jr., Clarence and Elmer, all of Bangor; two daughters, Mrs. Rosina Shields, West Salem, and Alene, Sparta, Wisconsin.

He was a retired farmer who had moved her in 1910.
