Funeral services for Mrs. Karen Gerding, 88, who died at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center November 21, 1976, will be held Wednesday, November 24, 1976 at the First Lutheran church here with the Rev. Stephen Engelstad officiating.

In 1911, she was united in marriage to Marius Gerding in Denmark. In 1915, they came to the United States and made their home on a farm near St. Ansgar.

Mrs. Gerding was preceded in death by her husband, Marius. Burial was in the St. Ansgar cemetery.
