Former Osage Man Succumbs to Heart Attack

OSAGE, IOWA - A former Osage resident, Severyn Lewis, 46, died Sunday at Orlando, Fla., presumably of a heart attack, while teaching his son to swim. The body is being returned to Champion Funeral Home, Osage.

Born near Osage, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lewis. He was graduated from Mitchell High School and served with the Armed Forces. He was currently a civilian employee of the Air Force in Florida.

Surviving are his wife, the former Florence Larson of Osage; a son Roger, both of Orlando; his father, Harry, Osage; and a sister, Mrs. John Christiansen, Nora Springs.

Severyn Lewis rites Friday at Osage

OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church for Severyn Lewis, 46. He died of a heart attack Sunday in Florida.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery with Champion Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
