OSAGE, IOWA - Clifford Landborg, 44, died Friday evening in Mitchell County Memeorial Hospital following a stroke Wednesday.
Tentative funeral rites will be Monday at 1 p,m, in the Osage Lutheran Church; further rites at Minneapolis, with burial there.
He was born December 15, 1904 to August and Mary (Hallberg) Landborg, in Minneapolis. At the age of 16 he accompanied his parents to Constance, Anoka County, Minnesota, where he lived until he was married** June 1931, at Anoka, Minnesota. They established their first home at Manchester, later coming to Osage, in June, 1943, where he established the Landborg Feed and Seed business. He was formerly employed by Northrup King & Company in their plant and as salesman. He had not been in good health the last year.
He leaves his wife, two children, Richard and Patricia at home; one sister, Mrs. William Jones, Minneapolis; two brothers, Harry, Charles City, and Melvin, Soderville, Minnesota.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother Fred.
