CARPENTER, IOWA - Hattie M. Naber, 76, of Mason City, formerly of Carpenter, died Saturday (Sept. 30, 1995) at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Deer Creek Lutheran Church, Carpenter, with Robert Orr officiating. Burial will be in the Newburg Cemetery, Carpenter.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. today at Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar.

Hattie M. Naber was born Jan. 20, 1919, at Orchard.

Survivors include one daughter, Janice Racel of Roanoke, Va.; two sons, Galen Naber of Carpenter and Kenneth Naber of Mingo; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Fannie Olson of Portland, Ore.; and one brother, John Smith of Osage.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one grandchild, two brothers and one sister.
