OSAGE, IOWA - Dr. Keith A. Kellogg, 62, longtime Osage dentist, died at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital Wednesday.

He had been at the hospital since June 18.

A private service was planned at the Kellogg home here.

Dr. Kellogg graduated from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry in 1930 and came to Osage in August of that year. He was a member of the Iowa and American Dental Associations.

Surviving are his wife; daughter, Mrs. Kirby Greene, Kirksville, Missouri; a brother, Howard, Ridgewood, New Jersey; two sisters; Mrs. Hazel and Mrs. Lottie Blumenstiel, both of Burbank California.

Champion Funeral Home is in charge.
