MRS. AL KOSTER

Adella Joyce Graber Koster was born May 3, 1923, at Viborg, South Dakota, the daughter of Martha and the late Emil Graber. She was baptized in infancy at the Bangs Norwegian Lutheran Church.

She was married to Al Koster at Miami, Oklahoma August 24, 1944. They resided in Sutherland, Iowa until 1945, then moved to Rose Creek, Minnesota where they began farming. They moved to the St. Ansgar area in 1950.

This union was blessed with nine children. She was a member of the St. Ansgar Catholic Church since her marriage. She died September 2, 1971, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors are her husband, Al; Patricia, Mrs. Roger..... Mason City; Wilma, Mrs. Raymond Goodew, Austin; Alouise, Mrs. Russell Anderson, Lyle; Judy, Mrs. James Olson, Northwood; Margo, Mrs. Robert Grimm, St. Ansgar; Darlo, Michael, Kimberly and Kevin at home. Her mother, Martha Graber, St. Ansgar; two brothers; Kermit, Chehalis, Washington; Duane, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; three sisters, Lorene, Mrs. Clarence Schrag, Carpenter, Bernice, Mrs. Juel Prestegaard, St. Croix, Minnesota; and Donna, Mrs. Dick Brandsted, Sioux Falls, Douth Dakota, and 14 grandchildren.

Rosary was said at 8 p.m., Friday, September 3 and 10:15 Saturday, September 4. A white funeral mass was said at 2 p.m. at the St. Ansgar Catholic Church and burial was at the St. Ansgar Cemetery.

ATTACK FATAL TO
MRS. AL KOSTER

Funeral services were held last Saturday for a St. Ansgar woman, Mrs. Aloysius Koster, 48, who died September 2, 1971, at her home. Mrs. Koster had not been ill prior to her death.

Rev. L. Rasing, pastor, was in charge of the services at the St. Ansgar Catholic Church, and burial was in the St. Ansgar cemetery. Arrangements were made by Schroeder and Houg.

Adella Joyce Graber was born at Viborg, South Dakota, on May 3, 1923, the daughter of Emil and Martha Graber.

Al Koster and Adella Graber were united in marriage on August 24, 1944 in Miami, Oklahoma. They made their home at Sutherland and Rose Creek, Minnesota, until moving to St. Ansgar in 1950. She was a member of the St. Ansgar Catholic church.

Surviving are her husband, Al; nine children: Mrs. Roger Sinwell (Patricia) of Mason City, Mrs. Raymond Goodew (Wilma) of Austin, Mrs. Russell Anderson (Wilma) of Lyle, Mrs. James Olson (Judy) of Northwood, Mrs. Robert Grimm (Marjo) of St. Ansgar, Darlo, Michael, Kimberly and Kevin, at home; her mother, Mrs. Martha Graber of St. Ansgar; two brothers, Kermit of Chehalis, Washington, and Duane Graber of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; three sisters: Mrs. Clarence Schrag of Carpenter, Mrs. Juel Prestegaard of St. Croix, Minnesota, Mrs. Dick Brandsted of Sioux Falls; and 14 grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her father.
