OSAGE, IOWA - Dwight E. Werk, 72, formerly of Charles City, died Monday (May 29, 1995) at the Stacyville Nursing Home. Graveside committal services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Riverside Cemetery, Charles City, with the Rev. James Pittman officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City.

Dwight E. Werk was born Dec. 7, 1922, in Charles City.

He is survived by many cousins.
