OTRANTO, IOWA - Funeral rites will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the home and at 2 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of St. Ansgar for Mrs. William Lutz, 72, who died Thursday evening at home of a daughter in St. Ansgar, of a malignant disease.

Born Martha Feldt in Mitchell county to August and Ernestine Feldt. She was married to William Lutz in June 1903, and couple first resided in Grafton, then Otranto.

She leaves her husband; three children: Mrs. Ervin Groth and Mrs. Clair [Elvira] Mueller, both St. Ansgar; and Elmer, of Mason Ctiy; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Fred and August Feldt, both of Osage; and four sisters: Mrs. Herman Schroeder, Toeterville; Mrs. Will May, Mitchell; Mrs. Ed French, Long Beach, California; and Miss Annette Feldt, Los Angeles, California.

Preceding her were two sisters, Pauline and Minnie, and a brother William.
