Funeral services for Mr. Lancy Lewis, 75, who died Sunday morning, October 29, 1967, at an Iowa City hospital will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 32, 1967, at the Champion Funeral Home in Osage, Iowa. Burial will be in the Orchard Cemetery.

Lancy Lyman Lewis was born on March 3, 1892. He married Sarah "Fern" Morse on March 3, 1915. Fern was the daughter of Albert Morse and Mary McCarty. Fern was born on May 16, 1894.

Survivors include his widow, Sophia "Fern" Lewis; two sons, Dean M. of Marion, Iowa, and Clair (Marlys) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and eight grandchildren.
