OSAGE, IOWA — Services for Keith Williams, 51, a former resident, who died Saturday at Centerville, S.D., of a heart attack, were Monday in Centerville.

Survivors include his wife, Marlys; a daughter, Joni at home; two sons, Jeff and Kevin, both at home; a brother, Dean of Storm Lake; and three sisters, Mrs. Leo Clausen and Miss Mary Williams, both of Osage, and Mrs. Frank Fagerburg of Green Lake, Wis.
