OSAGE, IOWA - Mrs. Martin (Betsy) Solberg, 65, died Sunday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. She had been ill the last three weeks.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Champion Funeral Home. The Reverend John Quam of Rock Creek Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.

Born in Oslo, Norway in 1898, Betsy Olson was married there. The couple came to this country in 1921 and lived in Mitchell County.

Surviving are her husband, four sons, Ralph, Milwaukee; Alf, Clear Lake; Ervin, Charles City; Marvin, Osage; eight grandchildren, three sisters and a brother in Norway.
