OSAGE, IOWA - Eileen Pelleymounter, 85, of Osage, died Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at the Western Home in Cedar Falls.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2009, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage, with the Rev. John Moser officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Visitation is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage, with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home, 641-732-3706.

OSAGE, IOWA - Eileen Pelleymounter, 85, of Osage, died Tuesday (Aug. 18, 2009) at the Western Home in Cedar Falls.

Eileen was born on Sept. 13, 1923, in Stacyville, the daughter of John and Stella (May) Barnes. She attended and graduated from Visitation Catholic School in Stacyville.

Eileen was united in marriage to Kenneth Pelleymounter on Nov. 25, 1943, in Osage. They made their home in Osage. Eileen volunteered her accounting services and was very active at Sacred Heart Parish in Osage. She enjoyed taking part in many social clubs in and around the Osage area.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage, with The Rev. John Moser officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation is from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage, with a rosary at 7:30 p.m.

Eileen is survived by a son, Dennis (Vicki) of Boone, and their three sons, Scott (Crystal); and children, Tyler, Kaleb and Jacob of Des Moines, Andrew (Jamie) and children, Cydnie, Cole and Lucas of Boone, and Aaron of Boone; a son, Mark (Susan) of Cedar Falls, and their three daughters, Lauren (Joe Finke) of Cedar Falls, Emily (Christopher Jones) of London, U.K., and Jennifer of Cedar Falls.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Kenneth in 1994.
