MONA - Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Mona Lutheran Church for Adloph J. Jahr, 71. He died Sunday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage. THe Reverend Stanley Klemesrud will officate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery here with Schroeder & Houg Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, in charge.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Jahr, he was born July 9, 1890.

He was married to Marian Nelson and they farmed south of Mona. She and three brothers peceded him in death.

Surviving are a son, Almo, Mona; two daughters, Mrs. Loyal (Marlys) Moore, Garner, Mrs. Marlin (Eileen) Kittleson, St. Ansgar; six grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Nanny Larson, Seattle, Washington; Mrs Adolph (Helga) Schultz, Grafton; Mrs. Lester (Clara) Ross, Lamont.
