Norma Arlene Lundquist, age 78, of Austin, Mower county, Minnesota, died at Austin Medical Center Monday, March 27, 2000.

She was born May 29, 1921 in Mitchell County, Iowa to Henry and Sadie (Olson) Johnson. She married Harold Lundquist at the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, Iowa September 14, 1940. They lived in Austin all their married life. A member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, she enjoyed golf and dancing and was a good housekeeper, a good cook and a wonderful grandma.

She is survived by her husband Harold; children Lyman and Jane Lundquist, Austin, Texas; Larry and Pam Lundquist, Maple Grove; three grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law Harold and Ramona Johnson, Sun City, Calif.; Clair Johnson, Denver, Colo.; one sister and brother-in-law Eva and Maurice Asper, Sun City, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carroll Johnson.

· Service: Memorial services will be held at Worlein Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 30 with the Rev. Glenn Monson officiating.

· Interment: Oakwood Cemetery, Austin.

· Visitation: Memorials are preferred to the Austin Medical Center Hospice Program at 1000 First Drive, NW, Austin, Minn. 55912
