MRS. HAZEL FLACK

OSAGE, IOWA — Services for Mrs. Hazel Flack, 80, who died Thursday evening at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church; burial in the Osage Cemetery; survivors include a son, Benjamin Patrick Flack Jr.; a sister, Miss Gale Edge of Osage; nine grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Champion Funeral Home is in charge.
