OSAGE, IOWA -- Mrs. Emil Kroneman, 80, resident of Osage, died Sunday at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital.

Survivors are her husband, four daughters: Mrs. Clarence (Laura) Wilde, Mitchell, Iowa;
Mrs. Harold (Grace) Tabbert and Mrs. LeRoy (Myrtle) Miller of St. Ansgar; Mrs. Justin
(Clara) Ones, Osage, Iowa; five sons: Alvin, George and Rueben, Mitchell, Iowa; Lloyd, Plymouth; Glen, St. Ansgar; 32 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Newman and Mrs. Herman Pahl, St. Ansgar; one brother, Herman Newman, Northwood, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Rock township.

OBITUARY: Maria Emma Bertha Kroneman, 1886-1966,

MRS. EMIL KRONEMAN FUNERAL TUESDAY
AT ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN

Funeral services for Mrs. Emil Kroneman, 80, of St. Ansgar, who died at the Mitchell County Memorial hospital, Osage, Sunday September 25, (1966) were held on Tuesday September 27 at St. John's Lutheran church, Rock township with the Rev. Elmer Jacobs officiating.

Maria Emma Bertha Kroneman, daughter of August and Bertha Newman was born June 23, 1886 in Barton township, Worth County, Iowa.

She was baptized August 29, 1886, at Immanuel Lutheran church, Grafton, and confirmed April 18, 1990 by Rev. John Landeck. On November 17, 1907 she was united in holy wedlock to Emil Kroneman at the Immanuel Lutheran church, Grafton. They lived on the farm until 1948, then moved to St. Ansgar, where they have spent the remainder of their married life, having celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on November 17, 1965.

To this union were born nine children, Mrs. Clarence (Laura) Wilde, Mitchell; Alvin, Mitchell; Mrs. Harold (Grace) Tabbert, St. Ansgar; Lloyd, Plymouth; Mrs. Leroy (Myrtle) Miller, St. Ansgar; George, Mitchell; Mrs. Justin (Clara) Ones, Osage; Reuben, Mitchell; and Glenn of St. Ansgar.

Mrs. Kroneman was a faithful church member, a loving wife and mother.

She enjoyed fair health until 1960 and became seriously ill in July of this year and was called to rest Sunday, September 25, 1966 at 1:50 a.m. She reached the age of 80 years, 3 months, and 2 days.

She is survived by her husband and children. Other survivors include 32 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, also two sisters, Mrs. Herman (Lena) Pahl and Rose Newman of St. Ansgar, one brother, Herman Newman of Northwood.

Preceding her in death were her parents, four brothers and two sisters.

Burial was in St. John's Lutheran cemetery with Rev. Jacobs in charge of committal services.
