OSAGE, IOWA — John Siefken, 75, of Osage, died on Wednesday, December 14, 1994, at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East, Mason City.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Osage, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. today at Champion Funeral Home, Osage.

John Siefken was born on November 7, 1919, near Rockford, Floyd county, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Siefken of Osage; three daughters, Janice Willert of Rockford, Sandy Losee of Cedar Rapids and Pam Patterson of Cedar Rapids; three sons, Jerry Siefken of Rudd, Keith Siefken of Cedar Rapids and Dean Siefken of Racine, Wisconsin; and 13 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 16, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Osage, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.

Champion Funeral Home of Osage was in charge of arrangements.

John Siefken was born on November 7, 1919, near Rockford, to George and Adda Siefken. He received his education in the Rockford schools. For many years he operated a repair shop in Rockford, while also being engaged in his life work of farming.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Siefken of Osage; three daughters, Janice Willert of Rockford, Sandy Losee of Cedar Rapids and Pam Patterson of Cedar Rapids; three sons: Jerry Siefken of Rudd, Keith Siefken of Cedar Rapids and Dean Siefken of Racine, Wisconsin. There are 15 grandchildren, and one immediately pending great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
