Funeral services for William Walter Kline, 49, were held Thursday, March 28, at St. Ansgar Catholic Church; Fr. John Fagan officiating.

A high mass was sung by the church choir, accompanied by Patricia Heimer. Schroeder and Houg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Interment was in St. Ansgar Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kenneth Rolfson, Emil Mucha, Frank Kotek, Roger Reising, Raymond Schaeffer, Francis Hosijie. Representatives of the Austin Moose Lodge served as honorary pallbearers.

Mr. Kline was born at Faribault, August 14, 1913, son of Mr and Mrs. John Kline of Shieldville.

He was a member of St. Ansgar Catholic Church. He was an employee of Geoge. A. Hormel Co. and a member of Union No. ___ He was also a member of the Moose Lodge and F.O.E. of Austin.

He passed away March 24, at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage, Iowa following a heart attack March 12.

He married Agnes Trench October 19, 1936 at Faribault.

He is survived by his wife and eight children: John Kline, Mrs. Donald (Nancy) Salisbury, Lyle, James, Jerry, Janet, Sonja, Linda, Mrs. Roger (Diane) Zuehl. St. Ansgar; three grandchildren: Gene, David and DeAnne; three brothers, John and Frank of Montgomery, Minnesota, Edward of Owatonna; five sisters: Mrs. Thomas (Mayme) Caddis, Austin, Mrs. Donald (Stac??) Blackmore, Mrs. Walter (Anna) Kalow, Faribault, Mrs. Jerome (Bessie) Hendrickson, Minneapolis, Mrs. Clifford (Julia) ____gen, Madison, Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mrs. John (Emma) Roel, Faribault, and Mrs. Walter (Lena) Baldus, Oakland.
