MRS. MIKE GERBER DIES

STACYVILLE, IOWA -- Funeral services for Mrs. Mike Gerber, 92, will be held Monday at St. John's Catholic church at Johnsburg, Minnesota, with burial in the Stacyville cemetery beside her husband who died 20 years ago.

Mrs. Gerber died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry Smith north of Stacyville after a long illness following a broken hip.

She leaves three sons: Fred, John and Will, who live in the vicinity of Johnsburg and Adams, Minnesota; and three daughters: Mrs. Frank Falk, Mrs. John Heman, and Mrs. John Smith, of Stacyville.

This is Anna Maria (Schumacher) Gerber born June 7, 1856 in Johnsburg, McHenry, Illinois.

She died on November 4, 1948 Stacyville, Mitchell, Iowa.

She was the daughter of John Schumacher and Maria (Freund) Schumacher.

Anna married Michael Gerber, who was born November 12, 1851 in Germany. Michael died on April 6, 1928 at Stacyville, Iowa.
