OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral services for Henry Anderson, 89, who died last Saturday at a St. Ansgar nursing home, were Monday afternoon at our Savior's Lutheran Church. Burial was in the Osage cemetery. Champion Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his widow, Lillian; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas Tresemer of Osage; two brothers; Gilbert and Lester, both of Osage; and three sisters; Mrs. Weaver Clark of Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Harrison Turner of Marshalltown and Mrs. Arthur Nelson of Clermont.

Henry Anderson was born April 19, 1888 at Cedar township, Mitchell County, Iowa to Nels Anderson and Anna Maria Halvorsdatter Horgen, the fourth of their 10 or 11 children.

Henry married Lillian H Semm.

Found in the 1920 census living at Floyd, Floyd, Iowa: Henry Anderson 31, Lillian Anderson 28, Maxine Anderson 6.

Found in the 1925 census at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa: Henry Anderson 37, Lillian Anderson 33, Matine Anderson 11.

Found in the 1930, 1940 censuses at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa:
1930: Henry Anderson 41, Lillian Anderson 39, Maxine Anderson 16, Mathelde Semm 75.
1940: Henry Anderson 51, Lillian Anderson 49.

Henry died August 25, 1967 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa and is buried at the Osage City Cemetery.
