STACYVILLE, IOWA - Mrs. Carl (Amelia) Adams, 55, died Firday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital following an illness of four weeks.

Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Mary Catherine) Retterath, rural Stacyville; four grandchildren, a brother, Lester Sweiger, New Haven; a sister, Mrs. Ambrose (Regina) Schneider, Donovan, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bartel Sweiger.

Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the Visitation Catholic Church here with burial in the local cemetery. The Rosary will be said Saturday and Sunday evenings at the Hatten & Son Funeral Home.
