Magna Cunderson Martin c1872-1952

Funeral services will be held Friday for Mrs. Magna Cunderson Martin, 80, who died Monday at her home in Mona.

She is survived by eight children: Clifford, Twin Valley, Minnesota; Marjorie (Mrs. John Hoffman), Minneapolis; Lillian (Mrs. Jack Kerns), Los Angeles; Arthur, Playpool, Arizona; Myrtle (Mrs. Thomas Bodkin), Chicago; Galen, Lyle, Minnesota; Melvin, Minneapolis; and Judene, Albert Lea, Minnesota; and a sister, Mrs. Anna Larson, Osage, Iowa.

NOTE: Magna Martin was buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Mona, Mitchell county, Iowa. She was born March 6, 1872 and died February 25, 1952, according to Pleasant Hill cemetery records on IaGenweb. Also, she was apparently married to Thomas M. Martin, who was born May 3, 1868 and died on February 20, 1922.
