Funeral services for David Fox, 21, of St. Ansgar, who died at his home January 10, were held Friday, January 12, at the United Methodist Church, Osage, with the Rev. James S. Pittman officiating.

David Howard Fox was born on March 10, 1968 in Osage. He was the son of Howard and Marlene (Bahr) Fox.

He was a member of the St. Ansgar Baptist Church and received Christ as his personal Savior at the age of seven and was baptized by immersion.

He graduated from St. Ansgar High School and was employed by St. Ansgar Mills. He was a volunteer fireman and enjoyed automotive mechanics, and the restoration of vehicles.

David was united in marriage to Melody Rogers of Osage August 20, 1988.

Survivors include his wife, Melody; one sister, Mrs. Greg (Annette) Powers; his parents, Howard and Marlene Fox, all of St. Ansgar; grandparents, Harold and Barbara Fox of St. Ansgar and Elmer and Thelma Rathjen of Austin, Minnesota; nieces and nephews.

Burial was in the St. Ansgar Cemetery.
