Clyde Martin Bonnette

RICEVILLE, IOWA - Clyde Martin Bonnette, 78, of Riceville, died Sunday (May 25, 1997) at the Riceville Community Rest Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Matthew Versemann officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Lindstrom Funeral Home, with a 6:30 p.m. prayer service.

Clyde Martin Bonnette was born Jan. 9, 1919, in Marshalltown.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; one daughter, Karen Gray, Spring Grove, Minn.; two sons, Thomas D. Bonnette, Riceville, and Dennis L. Bonnette, Rock Falls, Ill.; three stepdaughters, Gayle Kobernick, Sparta, Wis.; Catherine Ruggeberg, Rochester, Minn., and Ellen Felper of Riceville; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; 13 stepgrandchildren; seven stepgreat-grand-children; two stepgreat-great-grandchildren; one sister, Lucille Rodemaker, Osage; and three half brothers, John of Dubuque, and Jerry and Donald Bonnette of Marshalltown.

Clye was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, two sisters and three brothers.
