OSAGE, IOWA - Dean Eidness, 62, of Osage, died ON Monday, May 5, 1997, at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Chris F. Gugel officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery, with military graveside rites by American Legion Post #278, Osage.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Champion Funeral Home.

Dean Eidness was born May 22, 1934, in rural Osage.

Survivors include his wife, Lois, of Osage; one brother, Duane Eidness of Osage; and one sister, Margaret Schultz of Mason City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant brother and one infant sister.
