MCINTIRE, IOWA - Evelyn Eastman, 56, of McIntire, died on Tuesday, April 8, 1997, at home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Riceville United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Donald Lovejoy officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Cemetery, rural McIntire.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Lindstrom Funeral Home.

Evelyn Eastman was born May 28, 1940, in Spring Grove, Minnesota.

Survivors include her husband, Bill, of McIntire; three daughters, Kelly Karson of Riceville; Susan Hegge of Rose Creek, Minn., and Billi Jo Hummel of Richardson, Texas; one son, Jacob of McIntire; eight grandchildren; and four sisters, Adella Olafson of Caledonia, Minn.; Gertrude Hanson of Austin, Minn.; Charlotte Schroeder of Kansas City, Mo., and Esther Funge of Sioux Falls, S.D.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
