MEYER, IOWA - Madelin M. Adams, 79, of Meyer, died Wednesday, March 5, 1997, at the Stacyville Nursing Home, Stacyville, Mitchell county, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph Schneider officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Hall, with a 3:30 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. prayer service. Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, is in charge of arrangements.

Madelin M. Adams was born on October 2, 1917, in Rose Creek, Minnesota.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary Ellen Miller, Clear Lake; three sons, Jerry Adams of Meyer; Bob Adams of Albert Lea, Minnesota, and Bill Adams, Farley; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elizabeth Underdahl and Mary Hobbs, both of Austin, Minnesota; and one brother, Bernie Kirtz of Austin, Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister and two brothers.
